Gregg’s portfolio covers the Rockets growth and development into the United States, identifying talent, Camp operation in the U.S, and building and maintaining the Rockets scouting division across the United States. |

Matt, a long-time successful coach in minor hockey brings a wealth of knowledge and hard-nosed philosophy to the Rockets. Instilling a culture that thrives for excellence will bring a new and exciting identity for the team. Recently completing the first year with the Rockets, having great success during a rebuild this past season saw the Rockets finish 6th in the Western Conference, and see the playoffs for the first time since the GOHL introduced the highly competitive new playoff format.
Matt’s looking forward to building on last seasons success, and going on a deeper run in the 2026/2027 season. |
Assistant Coach – Steven Santos |

Steven Santos is a 4+ year coaching veteran in the GOHL, spending 2-years as the Head Coach for the Welland Jr. Canadians, representing the league as an assistant coach for the league wide GOHL Top Prospects Team, and MacPherson Tournament. Santos also had a stint with the Brantford Titans as a Special Teams coach, and two years with the Bandits as a an assistant. During his time with Welland, Santos also served as a coach for the Hamilton Steel U16 AAA program. |

Parker, fresh off his first season with the Rockets, helped bring the Rockets back to playoff contention. Having brought a great systematic approach to the teams coaching philosophy, Parker is eager to continue his growth as a coach and is excited to enter his second year with the Rockets. |
